Messaging terms
How Human Integrations uses text messaging, who receives messages, and how to stop them.
Who sends these messages
Text messages are sent by Human Enterprises LLC, trading as Human Integrations, on behalf of the service business a customer has contacted. The message identifies that business by name, because it is that business the customer is dealing with.
What we send
Only messages relating to a job the customer has asked about or booked. In practice that is:
- A link to a short form so the customer can supply their own contact details, address and vehicle information
- Appointment confirmations, and notice when the technician is on the way
- Changes to a scheduled appointment
- Replies to a question the customer has asked
We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not send messages to anyone who has not contacted the business.
How consent is obtained
A customer telephones or otherwise contacts the service business about work on their vehicle, and gives their mobile number so the business can reach them about it. Consent to be texted about that job is obtained at that point, verbally or in writing, and is recorded against the job. Messages are sent only about the job that consent relates to.
Nobody is added from a purchased list, and no number is used for any purpose other than the job it was given for.
Message frequency
Low, and driven by the job rather than by a schedule. A typical job involves between one and five messages, from the first enquiry to the work being finished. There is no recurring campaign and no regular send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile plan. Human Enterprises LLC does not charge for messages.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Opting out is honoured immediately and applies to all further messages. A customer who has opted out can still be reached by telephone about their job, because stopping texts is not the same as cancelling the work.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
