We find what slows you down, and build it away
Human Integrations, a trading name of Human Enterprises LLC, works with owner-run businesses to find where the time actually goes — then builds the software that gives it back, so the day is spent on the work that pays rather than on everything wrapped around it.
How we work
- We learn the business as it really runs. Not the tidy version — the telephone calls taken while driving, the notes on the dashboard, the paperwork that waits until nine at night. The friction is rarely where a process diagram would put it.
- We find what is actually costing you. Usually one or two things repeated every single day: the same details written down three times, an hour of reconstruction every evening, a job redone because a number was mistyped.
- We build the thing that removes it. Software shaped around how the business already works, rather than a system it has to be reorganised to fit. Then we stay, and keep fixing what the next month turns up.
What that looks like in practice
We work with a small number of businesses at a time, closely, and build against what they actually do rather than against a general idea of their industry. The current work is with a mobile auto-glass operator in southwest Wyoming, where it has meant:
- Job details captured once, at the vehicle, instead of rewritten that evening
- Photographic evidence taken on site, timestamped and kept with the job
- An end-of-day summary that makes invoicing transcription rather than reconstruction
- Forms sent to customers by text, so details are typed by the person who knows them
- All of it working with no signal, because much of the work happens where there is none
Text messages
Some of what we build sends text messages to our clients' customers — appointment confirmations, scheduling links, and forms for a customer to supply their own details. These are transactional messages sent at the request of the business the customer contacted, never marketing.
